Yesterday night, I accidentally deleted my phpbb forum database. Immediately I submitted a backup-request ticket to the Exabytes 24X7 support.
Never thought that the staff actually do monitoring for 24hr, I woke up in this morning and found that a system engineer has responded to my ticket at 1:32 a.m!! He informed me the time of the last backup and asked for confirmation. I replied to the email, after 20 minutes, I just received another email stated that all my database backup are ready at my website. Thanks again, Exabytes support staff are really doing an excellent job!!If not, I would have to spend another few days to re-do the coding.

Okay... long story short... Now, it's about three years later. The original transition went smoothly. I've had good and very fast service on the rare occasions that I needed it. My hosting package has been updated to match current offerings without me even needing to ask. I just renewed and I regularly recommend Exabytes to others when they ask what hosting provider they should go with.
I've just submitted a support ticket about a problem on the server where my page is hosted. (/tmp was full) The problem was literally corrected within 30 seconds of submitting the ticket. I know this because I have SSH access enabled for my account. I want to give credit to KS Lim for such quick service, but I really have received excellent service from all Exabytes staff whenever I have needed it.
Keep up the good work. Now, if someone at Exabytes could just call up the people running TM and have a chat with them about their Streamyx service, the world would be a better place :)

I've used Exabytes for my web hosting needs for over two years now and have had a great experience. Technical support is prompt and when I submit a trouble ticket I usually have a reply by the time I get a cup of coffee. Uptime is good and the service is reliable. The connection is quick from all over the world. I've tried ccessing the servers while traveling in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and USA and didn't notice any difference in response time. I have several web sites hosted at Exabytes and would recommend it

Hi! I bump into Exabytes few days back while I’m trying to figure out which is the best company I can host my website and also my email. I accidentally came into Exabytes website and I find it interesting. Nevertheless, Malaysian is famous for its reputation by making tons of complaints when the service received is bad but not giving credits when the service is excellent. Now I believe that we should change by giving more credits if received excellent service which I am now experiencing it from your excellent employee. Allow me to write a little long. I supposed you won’t mind as reading a mail such as this makes your day.
On the Sunday night after 2100 hours, I registered my domain at your site and I submit a query which I never expect an immediate reply on a Sunday night. However, to much of a surprise, Andy reply apologizing that your employee may not be able to get back to me as they are off duty. On Monday 0730 hours in the morning, I received an email from Foress Lim requesting my complete details for registration in respond to my Queries mail which Andy has replied. I guess you barely give your staff a break don’t you. They work on Sunday and even Monday morning! Well done!
Following hours, Miss Ooi PY came in the picture requesting me to fax over Borang D and to much of my surprise Bernice and Lisa came into picture as well assisting me with my doubts on registration process. I have a few words with Bernice who is very helpful and also Miss Ooi who has been assisting me the whole day today during Bernice’s MC. This tells me that your information is up-to-date and regardless who is the new person I spoke to over the phone or email, they are well informed about my status! This is very impressive.
My comments, friendly and helpful employee, responded to my email almost immediately and professional in putting their words in that email as well. I’ve been bugging your employee for the last 3 days and they have shown to me a service which is excellent and I rarely come by such service for a very long time which is why explains my long mail.
Send my warmest “WELL DONE” note to Ms Ooi and Bernice as they are my contact point and been serving one happy customer! Keep it up and you shall stand out from your competitors. Excellent Service Delivery and Excellent Service Mindset. I’m not sure about the product yet.
